Paul Sugut holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Sociology and Community development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. He has over 20 years of experience in non-profit work and has managed International non-profit organizations for over 10 years.

He is currently the East Africa Regional Director for ChildsLife International. Paul has served as a board member in various secondary schools in Kenya. He has been instrumental in the support and growth of Gatoto School since its inception. Paul is a founding member of Gatoto Integrated Development Program where he serves as the Chairman.
